In addition to technical skills, Heather provides valuable insights on marketing, increasing bookings, and overcoming salon challenges. As The Hair Shop’s Master Educator, she blends expertise, enthusiasm, and real-world experience to make learning both practical and inspiring.

With over 14 years in the industry, Crystal has dedicated her career to perfecting her craft and educating others. As the owner of Bonne Vie Salon in Glendora, CA, she leads a team of 22 stylists, emphasizing mentorship, collaboration, and growth.
Crystal was a 2024 OneShot Award winner in the Collaboration/Extensions category, a testament to her exceptional skill and dedication to her craft. Her passion is making advanced techniques accessible, breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-learn methods.
