Heather Smith
Leading classes in Los Angeles, Heather began her journey with The Hair Shop in 2008, training as the founder’s protégé in education. She is professionally trained by the Paul Mitchell systems and specializes in coaching stylists in over 7 professional techniques.
As the brand's lead educator, Heather instills powerful insights on her students across marketing, increasing bookings & revenue, and overcoming salon challenges.
Johnathan Morales
Johnathan is a cosmetologist, educator, and platform artist with over 10 years of industry experience. He specializes in hair extension solutions, color, bridal and film production hairstyling. After building an esteemed reputation, Johnathan returned to Empire Beauty School as an Educator in his home city of NYC. His passion grew when he understood the power that hair paired with meaningful education can create.
With a passion for world-class education, Johnathan joins The Hair Shop as an Educator. His innovative ideas and artistic approach to hair extensions make him a well-rounded expert.
