Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free 2-Day shipping is available on all orders of $250 or more.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same business day, subject to order volume and product availability. 

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Expedited options are available:

    • 2-Day Shipping: delivery in 2 business days.

    • Priority Overnight Shipping: next business day delivery by 12 PM. 

  • For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, expedited delivery may require an additional business day.

  • Note: Delivery carriers (e.g., FedEx) cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, P.M. Boxes, or distribution center addresses. 

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping (with the exception of certain countries). Shipping options:

    • International Priority: 1–3 business days.

    • International Economy: 2–5 business days.

  • At this time, we do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Iceland, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, UAE (and more may be added).

  • Duties & Taxes: The listed product prices do not include any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. The recipient is responsible for all such fees.

Tracking & Delivery Info

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipping label is created.

  • Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Hair Shop cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft — we recommend shipping to a secure address.

Return Shipments & Restocking

  • If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, you may be charged a return shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10). Reshipment of the returned order may involve an additional cost. No refunds will be issued on refused shipments.

Special Handling – Items Containing Volatile Liquids

  • Some removal solutions or products containing alcohol are classified as hazardous for air shipping. These cannot be shipped to certain ZIP codes, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or via diplomatic pouch mail.
