Returns & Exchange Policy
If the purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to help. We stand behind our quality and services and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Hair extensions are considered hygienic products by law, for the safety of our customers we do not accept any packages that are opened or tampered with.
To return an online purchase,
- Returns must be made within 30 days on all hair extensions
- Eligible items & its packaging must be in their original condition, unopened & unworn
- Returned items must be shipped back to The Hair Shop warehouse
To return an in-store purchase,
- Returns must be made within 30 days on all hair extensions
- Eligible items & its packaging must be in their original condition, unopened & unworn
- Bring your eligible items to any of The Hair Shop store locations (excluding authorized resellers)
Exchanges
Looking for another product or color? We are happy to accommodate as best as we can. Currently, all online purchases are ineligible for exchange. We are working to bring this service online soon!
To exchange an in-store purchase,
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days on all hair extensions
- Eligible items & its packaging must be in their original condition, unopened & unworn
- Bring your eligible items to any of The Hair Shop store locations (excluding authorized resellers)
Returns
If you are returning an online purchase, you are responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return package with tracking to verify delivery back to our warehouse. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate an online return, please contact Customer Service in order to get pre-approved before shipping product back. Please email customerservice@thehairshop.com with the following:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of product being returned (top to bottom & front to back)
All online returns must be sent back within 7 business days from the date approved.
Affirm Returns
If Affirm was used to make an online or in-store purchase, the refund amount will be returned directly to Affirm. Your refund will show up as an adjustment on your purchase timeline within 3-10 business days.
